We all know that we can’t do everything in life, and we all have plans, but what makes me sad is the fact that we all expect to be able to do everything. I was talking to my brother the other day, and he said something that really resonated with me: “I would be so proud if you did things that I couldn’t do.” I can’t imagine how proud I’d be if I could do that.

I am sure that many of you reading this are thinking, “what is wrong with me? Why is the idea of me doing something that I can’t do so laughable that I want to die?” Well, it’s not that it’s laughable, but it’s a little funny to think that I have everything figured out.

This may be a bit like the “why are you still here?” question. It’s a question that has been asked to me before, and I am not an expert on it, but I do see the truth behind it. A lot of people are happy to be happy in life, and I think that that happiness is a lot like a disease.

What’s funny is that when you are happy and you start getting healthy, you have the potential to be unhealthy. We all have some sort of disease, but the way we treat it or ignore it is something that we have control over. For the majority of us, there is no healthy state, but we all can choose to be healthy, or at least we can have the ability to change our state. When you are healthy, you are more likely to be healthy.

The idea of a healthy state is that you are not only healthy, but you are also happy enough that you don’t need to work to be healthy. To be healthy, you are not just happy to be alive, but happy enough to enjoy all of life’s experiences. Most people have a healthy state, where when bad situations happen they are happy to take the bad and enjoy the good, but when good things happen they are happy to take the good and enjoy the bad.

You can check in on your healthy state by using a test called the “Health Tracking Scale”. This scale is designed to measure how healthy you feel. It’s basically the same as the “state of mind” scale we talked about above, but it has a much more positive connotation to it because it shows how you feel on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being “worst possible” and 5 being “best possible”.

The Health Tracking Scale is a good idea but only because it helps us to get healthy. It doesn’t mean you have to stop exercising, it just means that you are getting your exercise in. And if you use it, it will show you how much exercise you are getting. So if you want to look for ways to get more exercise in, try to use the Health Tracking Scale.

This is what I like to refer to as one of the simplest ways to use the Health Tracking Scale. Just take a look at your scale and see if you can guess how you are really feeling. If you feel good, you are doing the right thing. If you feel bad, you need to do more. If you feel indifferent, you cannot continue.

I do this often. When I look at my Health Tracking Scale, I’m usually able to guess how I feel. In fact, I’m usually able to guess what I’m going to do next. I usually don’t know what I’m doing next. However, I can also look at my scale and see just how much exercise I’m getting from my activity.

We all know how hard it can be to know and stay on track with our exercise habits. We get so caught up in the process of measuring ourselves that we forget to think about what we’re actually doing if we don’t have an accurate gauge of how much we’re really getting.
