This is where our personal mobility begins. We often look at the landscape of our lives to see how we are moving around in it, and how we are moving our bodies and minds. The most important part of this is that we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we use this technique. Our thoughts are on autopilot, our actions are on autopilot.

The more we learn, the further we go, and the better we develop. In the past a child who learned to control his body, his mind, and his emotions could be able to beat up a bully in the schoolyard. We need to learn how to control that same child to beat up a bully in the schoolyard, and that is what mobility is.
We have a problem with mobility because we don’t have the resources to do so much as move around in the space for a long time. In the end we need to learn how to do that without doing it ourselves.
