It’s not a gimmick, it’s a way to give your body and your legs some rest.

We’ve all seen the same movie with the same theme, but when you’ve done so many great things, it can be a bit overwhelming.

I’ve always thought of leg rest as a way to reduce blood pressure and give your legs some rest. Leg rest works best in a setting with a lot of walking, like a walking lab. In such settings you can get the best blood pressure results while still maintaining your flexibility.

Leg rest is also a great way to reduce blood pressure because it puts more pressure on your lower leg. When you rest your legs, your blood pressure goes down. A nice side effect of lowering blood pressure is that you can walk longer. If you have to walk a certain distance to get to the grocery store, you might want to take your legs off, because the longer you walk the more you can stretch out your leg muscles and still walk.

In our opinion, a great leg rest also helps you to maintain your flexibility, so it’s a good thing to have in your arsenal. If you want to get a little more physical, you can also get a leg massage and have it rub against your leg while you read or watch Netflix.

Elevating your legs and stretching them out is a good way to keep your muscles in shape, but I don’t think it’s a good way to keep your bones flexible. If you have a bad injury in your leg, you can put pressure on it by getting a cast put on it or putting a bandage on it to keep your bones in place.
