I’ve been seeing a lot of the “evrider” posts lately, and I think it’s a pretty accurate description of what I’m seeing. It’s a term coined by the American psychologist and author Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. Basically, it’s a kind of “self-awareness” concept that he developed in a book titled “The Psychology of Self-Awareness.
Evrider is a concept that we all have in some form or another. You can have a sense of yourself as a person, or an idea about yourself. But if you don’t have a sense of yourself, then you’re pretty much on autopilot.
Im getting a lot of questions about how to have a sense of self from people asking questions like: “How do I get a sense of self?” and “What should I do to get a sense of self?” We hear a lot on these topics, but it’s not always enough to get you to come up with a plan. We at the Evrider team are here to help you make the first step.

Inevitably, nightlife has got to be more than just drinking and dancing. Nightlife can be a great place to reflect on your day, but also to meet new people.
