I came across this leg sling at a recent event, it is actually a great device, and it really has helped me keep my legs in check while walking. I don’t know if it helps me in any specific way, but it feels great to be able to keep myself upright when I’m walking, instead of leaning forward.
The legs are both great at what they do, but if you want a leg, start off with a pair of heavy boots. This is super hard to do with a pair of shoes that are heavy.

When you’re looking for a sling, I recommend getting a pair of leather straps and holding them like a baseball bat to hold your arms and hands in place. I know this is a ridiculous question, but I have seen plenty of people who are not good at it, and others who are very good at it. I have never seen a guy who has not made a mess of it at least once.
The question is whether you should be doing it.
