This is my favorite way to sit. It is very easy to sit. You can easily lift a chair to sit on, and then you can sit on a chair for 10-15 minutes. It is a great way to sit in a chair.
You can also try this in the standing position. Stand on a chair and put your arms out in front of you and then sit on them to lift them up to standing. Then repeat with the chair you’d like to sit on.
