I have been meditating for over 10 years now. I have seen the effects of meditation on my wife’s personality and overall mental health. That includes her depression and moodiness. I have also seen the results of meditation on my own mental health. I have noticed that meditation has helped me to gain clarity, confidence, and inner peace.

Meditation is a great tool for many of us. However, for those of us who are anxious, stressed out, or have a lot of anxiety, it can be hard to find the time, energy, or motivation to meditate. Meditation is a part of your life, not a part of your therapist’s life.

Meditation can often be a great time to calm your mind, but it can sometimes be time consuming. If you’re used to meditating, I’m sure you can find time to meditate. If you’re not, there are many different options available.

I know that there are many different forms of meditation, but the one that I have used personally for many years, is the Vipassana meditation technique.
