The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us. Whereas a person without self-awareness just hits the bottle and doesnt look back.

Our thoughts and actions don’t usually run on auto-pilot. There’s simply too much information, too many options, and too many choices to make. All of these things contribute to our poor memory.

All of the major online communities are built on autopilot. But by recognizing and using this tendency, we’ll make better decisions going forward. This isn’t to say that we should stop using some or all of the above strategies (which we fully intend to do), but that we should be aware of the ways we’re acting and the decisions we’re making that might be causing this.

This is a great point. I’m very, very surprised to find how many people don’t realize that the way they use their time is so important. This is one of the reasons I write. There are so many people out there who want to know how they can become more productive and more successful at their jobs. As much as I’d love to save a little time each day, I’m not going to be able to.

There are a few things that can happen to a person in their own time.

One of those things is what happens to their physical health when they dont use their time to their best advantage. A few years back, I wrote a book about the problem of procrastination. I wrote about the fact that while you can make time to exercise, eat healthy, and sleep well, it can also make you overweight, and therefore less productive.

Well, we all know that a time-sensitive job is one that involves a lot of overtime. Otters are hard to get rid of in their second season. They are not only the largest carnivores on the planet, they are also one of the largest time-takers. I know this because I had a job that I was expected to work 8 hours a day, and I didnt even take a single day off.

In my opinion, otters are not the only species that need to be looked after. The other world-shattering factor, by far, is that the vast majority of people who are not working are not at a peak. So if you want to be really productive, you have to be very, very smart and get enough ahead in your career.

When I say “peak” I mean how much you’ve accomplished. When you’re at a peak, you are able to do more in less time. That’s why you should be able to fit in a little extra time for self-improvement. And that means you also need to take care of yourself as well. Because when you’re at a peak, you have a greater tendency to take on extra stress and work beyond your own abilities.
