I have been using a roho mattress topper for about 4 months now, and I can’t say that it has made a difference. On one hand, I would have to say that I am in love with the way it feels in my bed, but on the other hand, it is kind of an inconvenience to sleep on. I just can’t imagine sleeping on something that is not a roho mattress topper.

I would tell you to put on a lot of earplugs or maybe try putting on some heat-blocking ear plugs, but I can’t imagine that will be helpful.
I would strongly suggest that you try not to sleep on a roho mattress topper, if at all possible. It’s the easiest way to get your head into a whirlpool.
While roho mattresses look very comfy to sleep on, they are pretty heavy and are made to be very comfortable to sleep on. The side panels on the roho mattress toppers have been modified to make them even heavier. You are supposed to roll them over so that they are almost flat, but the side panels actually push down on your head when they are not in a upright position. And of course, there is the very real possibility that they are not flat.
The roho mattresses themselves are pretty heavy and they do have a tendency to sink into the ground. However, if the weight is distributed evenly, they will actually be much safer to sleep on than a standard mattress.
