We’re all familiar with the concept that walking up a flight of stairs is a good thing; it’s part of the walk. The problem is that when you’re sitting in your car, you’re not thinking about walking. Youll be walking a little bit and the extra weight in your legs may cause problems, especially if youre sitting down. To avoid this, I recommend practicing on a step. There are two things that will do the trick. The first is step to step, which is the same as going up one foot at a time.
